Thermal Imaging Camera We use a thermal imaging camera to detect temperature variations through walls, floors and ceilings. Water changes the thermal signature of the surrounding material, making leaks visible without any drilling or unnecessary damage. It’s fast, accurate, and non-invasive.
Pressure Testing For pipework leaks, we pressurise the system with air and use specialist listening equipment to pinpoint where the pressure is escaping. This works particularly well for underground pipes and heating system leaks where thermal imaging may be less conclusive.
We charge £85 for the first hour and £65 per hour thereafter, plus VAT. Most leaks are located within the first visit. We’ll always give you an honest assessment — if we cannot locate the leak, we will tell you.
